I work with, and speak for, organizations that want their people to play a bigger game and produce unreasonable results. Because of this, I’m keenly interested in why people don’t do this. It’s a cold, gray, rainy day here in Seattle, and I noticed fewer people at the gym this morning. Coincidence? Perhaps, but I don’t think so.
